Hello! I'm looking for Environment Artist (Unreal Engine 5.5) as a project partner.
Our talent:
We’re a small two-person indie team. My main profile is audio—sound design, music, dialogue—while I also manage coding, narrative and production (search wetdreamsexciter). My teammate is blocking out the world. We now need a second environment artist to flesh out and detail the game’s environments.
Project:
A first-person, linear narrative adventure in Unreal Engine 5.5. Set on an 1890s North-Sea island, it features low-poly visuals, immersive audio, and environmental storytelling. Roughly two hours long, combat-free, focused on mood and exploration. The project has been in development for 3 months, recently we passed a big milestone - almost all game mechanics are ready and the game map itself is fully assembled (where placeholders are placed somewhere already final models).
Responsibilities
Level production planning (analyzing the current map, auditing assets, and creating task lists)
World building & level assembly in UE5 (placing assets, set dressing, and maintaining a consistent look and feel)
Requirements
UE4/5 level-building skills (asset placement, landscape/foliage, basic lighting)
Proven example of a large/mid or multi-zone level you planned and built (portfolio, mod, jam еtс.)
Reliability, punctuality, and regular project commits
Length of project: Short-term (~2-3 months)
Split %: 50/50 Revenue Share
