I couldn’t resist the excitement sparked by Netflix’s adaptation of El Eternauta. As a long-time fan of the original graphic novel and the powerful writing of H.G. Oesterheld, alongside the iconic artwork of Solano López and Breccia, this story has stayed with me since I first read it at the age of 13. I've always dreamed of seeing a proper film adaptation of this incredible piece of Argentine science fiction.
Years ago, I started working on this model of El Mano as a personal project. I had only completed part of the high-poly sculpt before work commitments forced me to set it aside. After finishing the new series, I decided it was time to return to it and bring my version of El Mano to life — imagining what it could look like if El Eternauta ever became a video game.
So here it is. I hope you enjoy it.
