Hi there! I'm working on creating a brick pattern texture around the windows,
but I'm unsure of the best method to achieve this. Could anyone point me
to some tutorials or advice that could assist me in making this brickwork
pattern? I have designed the primary brick in Substance Designer using a single
color for the main body. However, I'm currently trying to determine how
to create the brick pattern surrounding the window. Thanks

where l & r are seamless to the main texture and seamless to each other
and the part above the window is a separate part of the texture sheet or a different texture altogether... it's pretty easy to make as the right is just a partial section of the left side of the main texture with the edgeing down the right side and the left just the right side of the main texture with the edging down the left side.
A clearer shot of window with a similar feature:
In this case the window seems to have an extra wodden (?) frame "bordering" the wall.. but usually when the border is pure bricks on does not want to have so very thin stones at the edges.. (in real life..)
and so one might to try to align the bricks at the texture image border like so:

Very nice UV-trick for the flat arch stones..
If the white frame isn't there, a nice little trick is to tile the brick around the edge like this.
Except the bottom bricks there kinda look crap. Should wrap them around so you see top and side of same brick. Whatever.
