Maya do not working move tool with vertexes edges

Maya.
Do not working move tool with vertexes edges.
I can move the object. I can select vertice or edges, but cen't moove it. 
How to fix it?

I deleted the folder C:\Users\user\Documents\maya\version

Reseting the tool can also fix issues like that too. Go to the tools properties and there will be a reset button. The issue might be on the transform itself, always a good idea to reset it too.

This was my first move. Didn't helped.
