I was a bit confused by the PBR part of it. Only thing I see for PBR is you have a Roughness map, but the map itself doesn't seem to make sense? The candle should be smoother where it has melted into drips, and nearest the flame. The lighting on the upward-facing parts of the holder shouldn't be smoother, it would be rougher from oxidation.

Hey! thanks for the response I'm not using PBR "Orthodoxically" In this project per se, the values fully support the art direction and only the AD. I hear you on the material definition though, I will work on that! It is supposed to be iron.
The "PBR" aspect of it was definitely not in the foreground for me when making this, I am not using metallic(it didnt look the way I wanted it to) and the Roughness is based on the basecolor, like they did in wayfinder. Will look to improve the PBR side of things for the next one!
I call it stylized PBR because it's fully shaded and not unlit handpainted.

Curious what kind of metal this holder is meant to evoke though. If it's wrought iron, then perhaps it should be 100% metallic, with some less-metallic bits in the corners where it would be more oxidized/rusted?

Just trying think through the PBR decisions.
