Key Responsibilities:
Model, texture, and optimize top-quality 3D assets for Roblox UGC layered clothing and rigid accessories
Work closely with game designers, developers, and marketing teams to create visually compelling and marketable UGC items
Provide constructive feedback to all team members to maintain high artistic quality
Rig and cage 3D assets for the best fit and movement
Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual integrity
Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to project deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 3D Artist in a professional setting or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender or Maya preferred
Experience with texture painting and UV unwrapping
Ability to adapt and interpret different provided art styles while maintaining quality and consistency
Strong understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) and low-poly modeling techniques
Knowledge of rigging and animation techniques for use in games and in renders
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bonus Skills:
Graphic design and marketing promotional asset creation experience
Familiarity with Roblox Studio, its asset pipeline, and UGC publishing guidelines
Experience with particle systems, U/UXI design
Knowledge of platforms like unity, snap studio, etc. and eagerness to learn new platforms
Location: Remote; Available during the hours of 9am thru 5pm EST
