New to 3D Graphics

Hello! I am fairly new to 3D graphics and am looking for good practice habits moving forward. If anyone has any advice or resources to share to someone just starting out I would love to hear them! Please also feel free to offer criticism and feedback on how to improve the image below. I hope to create a similar project in the future once I have gained some more knowledge and skills.

learn PBR texturing and baking highpoly detail onto lowpoly. I don't see any normal maps or ambient occlusion here. The chandelier doesn't look like it has a light source

What i believe without doing it myself, nearly ever so grainiest of salts with my post here but from what i see is:

modular kit assets. (make environment life easier)

preferably made by you, dependent on your goals with your designing and $ pocket depth.
