Looking for UE5 Developer – Join an Ambitious Project!

Hello everyone,

I’m Rémy, founder of Naos IT, and I’ve been working on a video game project for the past five years. We are now entering the first phase of prototyping, which will focus exclusively on gameplay development in Unreal Engine 5.

The ultimate goal is to create a fully developed prototype, including graphics, cinematics, and all final game elements. However, for now, we are focusing only on this initial phase, which is dedicated to setting up and refining gameplay mechanics. The objective is to produce a smooth and playable version that will serve as a foundation for further development and be presented to investors.

Why Join This Project?

  • A chance to work on an action-infiltration game with polished and precise gameplay.
  • A well-advanced prototype, only needing final adjustments and refinements.
  • A flexible and motivating environment – no strict deadlines, the project progresses at the developer’s pace.

Current State of the Prototype:

  • 100% gameplay-focused, no advanced level design, cinematics, or detailed models at this stage.
  • GASP 1.8.1 pack is already integrated, covering 80-90% of core mechanics (weapons, AI, movement, items, etc.).
  • If the developer agrees, they can use GASP as a base to save time (I can provide the pack).
  • I have been in contact with the creator of GASP, who confirmed that I can use it commercially in my game, so there are no legal concerns.
  • Main tasks: refining the combat system, particularly Kung-Fu-inspired melee combat with combos, dodges, and counters, and fine-tuning certain mechanics for optimal game feel.

Details:

  • Paid work, with invoicing or another agreed-upon arrangement.
  • Total flexibility on development time: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, depending on availability.

If you are passionate about game feel, mechanics optimization, and gameplay refinement, or if you know someone who might be interested, feel free to reach out.

I’d love to discuss and share more details with you.

Looking forward to talking soon.
