Will This Rig Properly?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if I post a screenshot of my robot/mech model, if anyone with rigging experience could tell me if the geo will work and deform properly. I, trying to rig for the 1st time ever and and a little stuck with the shoulder mounted guns. the barrels are supposed to go in when fired.
