Hi everyone,
I have been working on this piece on and off for quite a while and now, with some free time on my hand, I decided to finish it. The concept is from Libico Maraja (RIP) - imho one of the the greatest  illustrators ever lived. Its an illustration from an old Italian animated feature film called Rosa di Bagdad.
My goal is to make a few beauty shots, cinematics etc. and present it here and on Artstation by the end of February. The plan (for now) is to render it in Unity (with URP). Im not very used to do this kind of environments so any advise, help and critique are very welcome.

The concept:

So I`m working on this shade/rug on the dome. I tried to make this stripes procedurally in 3D Painter. Does it look a bit off? Tell me what you guys think.

    Log time peoples.
So I struggle with the back side of the house since I have no reference for it and for that reason I was putting it aside. I know its going to be a back porch with a stone fence but I wasn't sure what type of building to put there. A forth dome is going to be an overkill so it has to be something else.
A little backstory. The movie is called The Rose of Baghdad, but the illustrator is clearly inspired by the architecture of North Africa/Maghreb which has some distinctive features. He was born in Libya and  was named after the country so yeah, it`s pretty clear where to look for references.

    Here is some:

Initially I was thinking to put some of these round top, plastery buildings but I think I`m going to go with something with roof tiles. They are not very common in North Africa but they exist. Like these cool rooftops from Morocco:

Here are two of my  blockouts for the back building:
