It's been a while since I posted here and I decided to showcase my latest piece of work. I got inspired by concept art from Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

I started practicing sculpting rocks using only TrimSmoothBorder and eventually got highpoly model with some rocks around it which I used for practicing before central skull part.

When I felt more or less happy with highpoly I moved on with low poly and texturing. Then I rendered it in Marmoset.

Oh, I also saved first sculpting pass in ZBrush when I started my work. Took many hours to make it look like on final screenshots.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. And thank you for reading this post.

looking good! I think your sculpting is really good, although I feel like your textures are looking pretty flat, since everything is one color/ the same material. In the concept there's some moss that you could hand place to help add color, I also think gradients are heavily used in stylized art to help introduce more color and dimension. Bottom up gradients on your rocks would help to anchor them in the world, there's also some interesting edge highlights in the concept that could make your materials feel a bit more interesting.
