imo the 4th image is the weakest, the art style is a bit inconsistent between the character model and the bg, and the bg itself is a bit weird. good luck!

I like the idea of that guy with pulling a weapon from himself, very smart and interesting. I also agree with the previous commentary about the strange character and background. If I were you (please consider that I don't even work in the industry), I would not include this piece in your application. But I know very little about applying to art schools, so I might be wrong.
Overall, your work seems interesting. Like, you know, when people talk about storytelling and its importance, I think your first work and this character with weapon have this aspect. They provide context, stimulate your imagination, and thus evoke emotions.
