[Resolved]Looking for a 3D Artist for MMD and PMXEditor work.
Hello, I'm currently looking for someone who has knowledge in PMXEditor and MMD to commission a model I need of a character named "Camellya" from Wuthering Waves. The currently largely available one does not obey MMD's cell shaded light and the other is a PSK, and I don't know how to give it facial expressions or textures properly.
I require the model to:
1. Obey MMD's cell shaded light.
2. Have full facial expression range in MMD through sliders.
3. Have physics.
4. The hair cannot be polygonal when exposed to light.
5. Outlines.
I require the commissioner to:
1. Have Discord to communicate.
2. Regular updates. (2 or 3 day updates if it takes that long.)
3. Be able to be contacted if I need an update.
As much as I hate to hang over someone, I've been scammed recently and have had communication issues with other artists I commissioned. I'd like normal communication and regular updates.
