Video games you wish you can replay for the first time?

original sonic the hedgehog (christmas morning on a spankin' new genesis playing with my brother...can't beat that)

Considered putting morrowind on there, but remembered I didn't enjoy it all that much on first play on xbox. Years and years later on pc was great though!

just cause 2. I had the demo version and though, hmm can I really be arsed to play the full version?. So i did and played it for about 5 years

half life 2 is a good choice. Morrowind for sure. I think the one I'd like to replay fresh from the start is world of warcraft actually, the start of WoW was pretty nuts

The last act of Inside was phenomenal.

Journey I actually enjoyed even more after a few replays, so it looses out on a technicality

When Colossus got out, they still had these demo you could play in game shops and I remember being mezmerized by the horse... I was like 6 or 7 so I couldn't play it obviously but I was so insanely thrilled when I heard about it years later. Being in control of your possessed character and fighting the priests legit made me wailed haha

I played the Outer Wilds for the first time earlier this year and definitely that. If you want to play this game do yourself a favor and look up NOTHING about it

i liked playing it through a second time but what I really liked about the first run was not knowing what i was going to see or where to go. i have a very short attention span though

Thanks Alemja for the heads up. You piqued my interest...will definitely check out Outer Wilds.

Totally, poo. It was the same for me. The kicker for me was getting matched up with just the right type of player to play with where you can be led (or be the lead) to new areas, all without words or text is just brilliant. (kind of like having a good improv partner, i guess)

Mass Effect games are great too! I might get flak, but I thought Andromeda was an exceptional game, warts and all.

First three because I'm a big fan of horror games with atmospheres so oppressive it feels like you're brainrotting as you play. New Vegas just because it's my childhood game and a great one.

+1 to Signalis, it was another one I was thinking about for this thread. One of the best horror and indie games I've played

Sometimes I think it would be awesome to go back to a time where the twist to Bioshock was not well known, it was really effective
