I need texture critique please!

I am currently texturing a character and weapon to look like Blizzard’s overwatch. I have never done hand painted textures before and am struggling a bit. I am wondering if it reads as overwatch or if there is anything I can do to push the textures? I include my WIPs and a reference sheet along with the concept art I am following.

    Hey! So far the overall texturing looks good! However, whats missing is a bit of PBR material definition. Even though Overwatch is a stylized game they do still use quite some different materials to break up their assets. 

    Using the junkrat weapon as an example you can see the weapon features different material types. 


    I'd try keeping you current texture as the base color and start playing around with different roughness values across the weapon. Later you can bring that over to the character but I'd start with the gun  :)
