The end scroll from the roof seems like the chunkiest topology, kind of stands out at the moment. Can you add another set of edges there?
Bricks feel haphazardly placed, feels really odd to have them sticking out in the middles of the walls.
You could try adding a few fallen leaves to the patio to add a little more life.
Is the bottom step floating a little? Or does it just need a bit of contact grime on the patio mesh?

Thank you Eric! That is genuinely so kind of you to take time out of your day to help improve a random stranger's work.
Did you mean add edge loops to the scroll length-wise or rather ones to the spiral of the scroll so it doesn't have as many sharp edges?
I hear you about the bricks and kind of agree, just needed to hear it from someone else. I'll definitely go back to rework that and add some grime to the crevice on the bottom step.
The fallen leaves are a great idea. Wish I'd have posted here before turning this assignment in. Oh well lol.
Looks nice! Doesn't exactly scream "elven" to me, but what do I know.
The windows would probably work well for a night scene, but appear quite flat if we are supposed to look into a darker interior. The shadows around the protruding stones in the wall could be a bit more directional than they currently are and there could also be some streaks beneath them. Doesn't need to be super dirty, just a hint.

Thanks Noren! I'm definitely going to keep your advice in mind when I revise this project.
