Wow great job! How far along would you say you are?
I like how the little details (like all the drawers being shifted a bit) really add to the realism. And I'm loving the warm lighting here.
2 remarks, although of course I'm baring in mind this is a new project. I'm noticing the repeated scratch patterns on the ladders, especially cause we see them side by side from this angle. Also I find that hat's a funny placement for the chandelier :P

Nice job though, at first glance I thought this was already finished until I saw the floor and noticed your caption

I have been working on these maybe a month, but I tend to find the last parts of a projectt take the longest so will probably do another month on it I think, but I am open to changing anything at the moment!

Thank you I tried to match the reference with both the lighting and drawer positioning. I will update the ladder scratches to change this! The chandelier is there as there is a railing on the ceiling in the reference for hanging things, but that doesnt come across very well at the moment lol

I see! I'm surprised you'd want to do another month on this as a lot of this seems complete to me already, but if thats what you want then all good. I'd like to see how much you can refine it. I know what you mean about the end of a project being time consuming. Makes me think of the 80 / 20 rule, where getting that last 20 is in the details but you requires more time.

Ladder texture now looks a bit too blurry, compared to the edges of the rung-ends.

I'm not a fan of pure-black shadows, it would be nice to see some bounce lighting in those areas, especially behind the chandelier, under the green counter, behind the ladder.

I also feel like the piece is missing a focal point. Composition-wise, my eye keeps coming back to the tallest stack in the center, but there's not a lot there to hold attention. So the composition is a bit aimless. Might help to study composition some? http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Concept_Fundamentals#Composition

Ok, I think the ladder blurring is an Unreal thing when i took the screenshot as in the viewport it looks good.

I will up the dark spots a little, I quite like the contrast its bringing at the moment but its a little too much at the moment.

I tried to use the vase on the right hand side as a focal point but think I have pushed it too far out now, I will have a look at those links thank you!

I like the overall atmosphere. The level of detail seems a bit inconsistent and especially the damage textures, like on the workbench and the ladder in both version and partly the boxes/drawers (could be geometry noise or displacement as well) seem to big. It doesn't look like a conscious/artistic choice because many other things in the scene don't match that style.
Also still some texture repeats that catch the eye, like on the workbench.
