Texturing Fiddler

Emissive Mapping to express that the character has some high energy in him,This technique that adds a glow effect to specific parts of a texture. This is particularly useful for creating elements that appear to emit light, such as glowing eyes and cracks in the body. For example, in our character Fiddler, emissive maps highlight the glowing accents on rocky body, making these areas stand out with a vibrant, self-illuminating glow. This technique not only enhances the visual impact but also adds a layer of depth and intrigue to the character’s design.
Bump Mapping that simulates small surface details without adding extra geometry. By using a bump map, which is essentially a grayscale texture, subtle bumps and wrinkles are created through the manipulation of light and shadow on the surface.

General Material Creation involved defining how surfaces interact with light beyond the basics of PBR. This includes properties such as glossiness, reflectivity, and transparency. By carefully crafting materials i ensured that different parts of a character's model behave appropriately under various lighting conditions. Fiddler's suit, for instance, requires latex but i dont wanted it to be glossy and to convey the hardness and sheen of rubber.
