[Revshare] Looking for modeler to help with hololive hero shooter!


Hi! I’m the leader of a small dev team starting work on a hero shooter involving the talents from hololive as the playable characters! The gameplay will take inspiration from classics like Overwatch and Valorant, but for the most part will carve its own place in the genre with unique mechanics and a different take on character balance, learning from the mistakes of past titles. We're looking for a 3D modeler, as well as an animator!

We’re planning for a heavily stylized visual aesthetic, with vibrant, cel-shaded visuals with a punky style similar to Unbeatable or Jet Set Radio. Right now, we have two designers, two concept artist, and one programmer (with one more on the way soon). We’re currently setting up for our first two milestones, which will end in a playable network demo with 4 characters. We will submit this to hololive’s holoIndie publishing program to qualify for monetization, as we will be compensating our team through revshare. We will be working in the Godot engine.

The artist we’re looking for should be -

  • Skilled enough to create appealing, unique character models

  • Knowledgable about cel shading and shading in general

  • Able to work with other team members and artists without much friction or conflict

As for our animator, they should be - 
  • Able to create smooth, snappy action character animations

  • Knowledgable about timing, perspective, and camera positioning

  • Able to work with other team members and artists without much friction or conflict

Knowing about hololive is a plus, but not required :D
