[CLOSED] Tech Artist needed for VR physics-based hand combat brawler

Hi! I'm needing a tech artist to help flesh out my VR game. The game has a ~tech demo and I'm needing to spend my time on polishing the VR experience and would like to get a skilled artist to create various character skeletal meshes (plenty more 3D work/employment available if we mesh well, pun intended) in a way that brings a professional look while keeping an eye on performance for the Quest 3 platform running a physics-demanding game.

Deliverables:
  • ~5 enemy unique character meshes, weight-painted (ue4 skeleton provided)/skinned/textured (currently using morph targets for moving eyes and eyebrows), < 15k tris?, Double Dragon-like themed (clothing variants like hair/shoes/vest/bandana/hand wraps/etc. to be discussed), art style flexible from stylized to realism, this sort of style I have in mind
  • Update player mesh to have better VR hands with variants leather gloves/hand wraps/tattoos

Project:
  • Game is a brawler like Double Dragon/Sifu, but in VR. Hand combat, brutal, physics-based.
  • Unreal 4.27 oculus branch, current 3D art done in Blender, I'd like to be able to access assets in Blender
  • Aiming for Quest 3/3S and PC VR platforms
  • Release in many months, work needed for months, likely
Skills required:
  • UE4 experience
  • Blender lower-poly art, texturing/UV mapping. Open to other software but Blender is preferred.
  • Skeletal weight painting/skinning/rigging, morph targets
Bonus Skills:
  • UE4 VR art/material optimization
  • UE4 physics asset ragdoll experience
  • UE4 animation dynamics/physics-based dangly bits/hair
  • UE4 VR damage decals/painting
  • Own a VR headset like Quest 2/3, Index
Pay/Structure/Milestones:

  • Cost for 1st enemy mesh- complete and successfully imported into UE4 game (we do this first to work out all kinks?):
  • Cost for of 3 variant child meshes (e.g. shirt/shoes/bandana) for this 1st enemy:
  • Cost for each successive unique enemy mesh WITH 3 variant/child meshes:
  • Cost for VR 1st player mesh update (make hands more realistic, will give example):
  • Cost for VR player each alternative mesh (1 leather gloves, one hand wraps):
