The texture on the car tire looks weird. The lines should go along the car wheels, not across them. Looks like a directional lines normal map thats just on top of the wheel. Also you could lower the roughness of the car body to make it shinier. It looks almost plastic in parts, not metallic

if you feel like you're falling behind, keep a journal so you can see the rate of your progress. You might find that you're actually accomplishing more than you think. Also with hard surface stuff like this, the last 10% of polish is really important; a darker cyberpunk, neon-lit alleyway could be a better composition fit imo. Focus more attention and work on small details and really make them pop. Headlights will require more tech to look right; reflective surfaces, lighting, emissive, grunge and scratches, but will be worth the time investment. I remember reading or hearing that headlights and the grill sort of form a car's 'face', so it's probably important to focus on that
