Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Clothing Designer and Animator to join our freelance team on an exciting project for a high-profile celebrity fashion model and a renowned designer. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about fashion design and animation to showcase their skills on a global stage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create realistic 3D clothing using industry-leading software such as Marvelous Designer, CLO3D, and similar.
- Animate 3D models wearing the designed clothing, including realistic movements and cloth simulation, to demonstrate how the clothing behaves in motion.
- Work closely with our design team to understand and implement the vision for each piece of clothing.
- Render high-quality animations using software like Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine, ensuring that the final output meets our high standards for visual aesthetics and realism.
- Participate in regular reviews and revisions based on feedback from the design team, with the ability to adapt and modify designs as required.
- Manage multiple outfit designs simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within the given timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 3D clothing design and animation, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Expertise in using Marvelous Designer, CLO3D, or similar software for 3D clothing creation.
- Proficiency in animation and rendering software such as Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
- Strong understanding of fabric behaviors and how to simulate realistic cloth movement in animations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- A keen eye for fashion and a passion for bringing innovative designs to life in a 3D space.
