Hello everyone,
I'm having a bit of difficulty with the focal length in Maya. I'm working on blocking out an environment based on a concept. I'm trying to adjust the camera's focal length in Maya to match the concept. The default in Maya is 35, and I've set it to 10, which seems to work fine. However, when I block out objects closer to the camera, specifically the large gate in the bottom left corner, it distorts quite badly. I would appreciate some advice on this matter.
One more question is whether, when I transfer this blockout to Unreal, can I adjust the focal length of Unreal to match Maya? Will there be any difficulties in doing so? Because I want the camera angles to align between Maya and Unreal.
Thank you all very much! ^
