Disney to own 10% of Epic for 1.5 Billion

Break down, I believe this is how Epic shape up now.
Initially, I found myself taken aback by the perceived low valuation of the transaction, particularly when juxtaposed with Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard for a substantial sum of $75.4 billion. Subsequently, a realization of the considerable strategic advantages inherent in accessing the extensive repository of Disney licenses. This symbiotic relationship emerges as an intuitively logical alliance, particularly within the context of an evolving paradigm towards a Metaverse future.
