Break down, I believe this is how Epic shape up now.

• Disney 10%
• Sony with a 5.4% ownership, and Kirkbi A/S with a 3.2% interest.

It does make what Microsoft did look rather silly. They also laid off the best talent in blizzard and the new head of blizzard comes from a background in NFL.

Microsoft wanted the portfolio and the IP a lot more than they wanted the studio itself. 

Makes sense to me .. nobody with any sense wants anything to do with Blizzard's management and I'd be very surprised if the studio itself is profitable after the OW2 disaster.
