Marmoset question with high and low poly baking

You know I got a big question on marmoset as still new to it and make sure if i heard something right. Now I export from blender my high and low as one. Now while checking things on marmosot i notice there were things that were off with my low poly so i had to go back into blender to fix it up like fix up, unwrap etc.  here my question. Do I need to export both the high poly and low poly as one just like I did the first time or could I have just exported the low poly without having to go thru all the loading with high poly like you can do in substance painter in a way. Just wondering as it can be annoying to have to export my high and low repeatly again to marmoset but that might be how it works. Just wondering on that.

Hi! No problem using separate files for highpoly and lowpoly meshes to update them separately. When using "Quick Loader" in a Bake Project, you can add multiple files.

Ah thank you. Yeah i mean it save time if i just need to make a quick fix on something on the low poly like just move a part over or so then having to export all the high and low poly as one again as that takes time to save.
