[Closed] Looking for 3D Generalists

I am the design director at a small boutique company called Innovation Works. My company specializes in making functional apps, prototyping, virtual reality, augmented reality, and games for a variety of different industries including, but not limited to, automotive and healthcare. We are on the cutting end of technology and setting forward industry innovations with the use of technology and software. We take many contracts from different suppliers, and are usually working on projects ranging from 3 months to 12 months.  We are currently looking for two entry-level to mid-level 3D generalists to support our growing business.  These are contract-to-hire positions.


- Proficient with standard industry tools such as Maya, Substance Painter and Photoshop
- Strong grasp of color, form and composition
- Experience creating models and PBR textures for video games or real-time 3D applications
- Experience with lighting and animation
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into your work
- Experience with Unity or UE5


- Produce high quality assets according to design specifications and technical requirements
- Retopologize high-poly models for real-time 3D applications
- Create PBR textures using Substance Painter
- Set dressing
- Lighting
- Create basic animations such as camera movements
- Collaborate with team members to provide high quality and aesthetically consistent assets


- VFX experience
- Experience with Unity’s shader graph or UE5’s material editor
