Nice work. A couple things are bothering me, but only a little.
Her eyes seem to be diverging, looking in opposite directions. It might help to make her a bit more cross-eyed, which would be more natural.
There's a good amount of detail in the roughness texturing, except her skin and hair are very bland roughness in comparison to her clothing. Noses and lips and eye areas are usually a bit more glossy than other areas. The lack of gloss detail on skin and hair makes those areas more "flat" than the clothes, causing a bit of a disconnect.
Are you working from a concept? It would help to show that, and nice to add attribution for the concept artist.
