I work as a concept artist in gamedev / films, but recently I have started receiving art-lead job offers. Where I can find tutorials on this topic. I mean the more technical part of the work: building work within a team, writing documentation, setting tasks, time management, interaction with other departments, etc.
Congratulations on being recognized for your skills.
A lot of these things are fairly generic workplace things are typically learned on the job in a studio, but can also be learned from other workers you admire, from self-help books on management techniques, from MBA classes, etc.

We have some of those resources here, http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Game_Industry#Being_a_Developer but as I said these skills are somewhat generic and not specific to creative industries, so we tend not to catalog them as much.
