Animated Short Film Lost Power Cell
Hello!
I’m part of a team of industry professionals who are working on a new, cg-animated short film! It’s a sci-fi film about a girl and her robot friend on an adventure to solve an energy crisis while learning to depend on each other as a support system. The film should be 5 minutes or less in length and will involve a mix of comedy, action, and heart-felt drama. The team consists of animators and artists who’ve worked at studios such as DNEG, Digital Domain, DreamWorks, and others! We’re currently in pre production and are looking for anyone who’d be interested in donating their time and efforts to this passion project! We currently are in pre production with completed character packs ready to model:
Elia - an heard head engineer with a heavy past that pushes her to take unneeded risks.
Frank - our wise cracking robot who tries his best to impart on Elia that there’s more to life than work and we all need a helping hand in life!
Chompy - this is our creature that took resident in the power station that Frank and Elia run into.
Sets:
power station core - A large room full of catwalks and industrial equipment this is ware our characters will spend most of there time.
power station Hallway - this is ware our characters enter the facility from the skylight.
Elia workshop - this is ware Elia will be directly working on her device.
