Need Critique on a Fat Bull Corporate Character

Hi,

I'm concepting this fat bull corporate character.
Any thoughts on how to improve this?

Currently, what's bothering me is the size of the legs. It looks okay with me but does it look smaller to you guys or a bit off compared to the torso proportion?

I think its not bad if you left it the way it is, but maybe you can make this legs thicker in general, and especially the pelvis/thigh area, because right now it looks like he has an oversized blazer, instead of having a big body.

Maybe check the Zootopia artbook for different takes on their bull designs. They have been really successful with their anthropomorphic designs, i believe
