Unreal crash when material node

Hi ! 
My Unreal 5.2 crash, crash and crash. I don't know why because before it's work ! It's like the system is not stable. I have executed Regedit, did the traditonal "uninstall/re-install" Unreal 5.3 and 5.2... I don't know what to do next  T_T

It's better when I use DirectX 11... But why ?!! I don't understand

Hi! Your hardware might be not powerful enough. On this page it says certain engine features have higher requirements than minimum: https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.0/en-US/hardware-and-software-specifications-for-unreal-engine/
When switching to Directx11 those features might be disabled.

But I had no problems since 8 month, since I bought this PC ! I work on Unreal 5 with hight texture, ray tracing, nanite !!! I don't understand why sudenly all crash !

Now I have to use DirectX 11, it's very frustrated because it's low quality !

When exactly does it crash? Just in the material editor? When you add a specific node? Once you know the exact steps to reproduce the issue, you can do a more specific search.

Looking at the error message, my guess is it's GPU related. Could try running different drivers. Make sure the dedicated GPU is active obviously, maybe other GPUs can be deactivated to be sure. Could watch the load in the task manager to get an indication when the crash is happening.

Heyo, I would look into that error message you get "GPU crashed or D3D device removed". Searching it brought up the issue of GPU drivers crashing with long computations, check out this entry from Adobe. I'm not an IT person, best read up yourself before you break something.
