Need help, how to add GIFS to Polycount?

Similar posts were posted way back in 2011 to 2017. I tried to use imgur but it just shares a link. I also tried to attach a gif, but it only shows on preview and not in the uploaded post. How do you guys do it?

Seems to work for me. Can you share some more details please? Operating system, browser name and version.

When I embed a GIF, first I save it to my PC hard drive. Then in Windows, using Chrome Version 117.0.5938.92, I drag and drop it into my reply.

How big was the file that didn't work?

8 - 25mb gifs doesn't work for me. I use Windows with Chrome Version 117.0.5938.132

Yeah that’s too large no matter what file format, because people in general don't want to download large files to see your art. Either they're on mobile with slow data speeds, or they have data caps, or they're just plain impatient.

yeah that makes sense. The gif was also like 1920 x1080 since it was a video converted into GIF. Anyways, thanks Eric!
