I'd be curious to see how it looks with expression posed closer to the reference, and glowing bloodshot eyes. The original Drow model she has this intense look because of her brow. with heavy eyelash and mascara+ shadow to to accentuate a comic book look. I think that style/ intensity of the character is getting a bit lost imo, but that could be fine depending on the style you're going for.
thanks for your feedback @FissionMailed , i think the link you sent is the official skin / model for the game, wich looks awesome, i had it in my pureref file since the beginning, but it doesn't 100% match the original concept.
i try to find a nice balance between the concept and me, as i'm going back and forth texturing and doing some lookdev, i'll try to improve her brow as well.
here's where i am now : ( in the meantime i've already made her eyes brighter and a lot more red, so they aren't this dark anymore)

And looking at the other arcana's I think they're pushing the proportions a lot more with the hip to waist ratio, thick hips, and long legs.
overall though nice work!, be curious to see how it looks as final render/ in game.
