model importing error in Marmoset

hello everyone, this is what i worked in 3ds Max


and this is what i imported in Marmoset
do you see the difference?
everything is fine without coats
coats are rigged in bones and file is exported as fbx
i really don't know what's the problem
any help is greatly appretiated. thank you

Please make sure all elements of the rig are selected when exporting. If that is already the case, we may need to look further at the issue, so please email support@marmoset.co with a description of the problem and include the mesh file.
