Hi there! I haven't found a solution to this but I was wondering if anyone happens to know what is causing this issue?
I am currently following a tutorial and for some reason when I RGBA split the gradient Linear map and shove that into normal it creates this weird normal effect. It should be coming out as a smooth slope. When I plug in the gradient linear by itself in its original form it works as intended. The video I am following has not had this issue so I am very confused. I have tried changing the Normal intensity but it still does not seem to fix the issue.

Ah thank you! That did work. I had to change all nodes up to that point to 32bit. If this occurs again will I have to do that for all of them again or would there be a work around for that? Thanks again : )
