Portfolio Review for a Self taught artist interested in working for 3d printing

https://www.artstation.com/joyheart0 I am a self taught character artist. I currently use Blender. I plan to learn Quixel Mixer. I researched creating a portfolio on YouTube as well as asked in some discord servers. I found mixed feedback. Some people recommend that I get rid of all my practice sculpts, while others recommend that i keep them. Should I also keep my paintings and traditional sculpts. Please take into account that I have zero work experience. That is why I think it is unfair to tell me make something like the artists you see on Artstation since they have plenty of work experience, while I have none. My current plan for the portfolio is to create one female anime character and one semi realistic female character, because i don't have female characters in my portfolio. One more question I heard that I can not get a job in character art unless i am experienced in Zbrush. Is this true?
