I think it's weird that the ceiling looks like it had a puddle on it, if you look at reference there may be a few shiny areas where drips are getting through but not a big area. The graffiti looks a bit too copy/paste, maybe duplicate the pipes on the right hand wall and fill that wall with those? There's something off about the floor aswell butt I can't quite figure out whats off with it. Maybe try changing the texture to something grey that matches the room a bit more.
Apart from those few points it's looking good mate, keep practicing.
Enter 'artstation interior' into google search to compare what you have made with what is being produced. Not sure what all the text fields are in your posts but they are mostly illegible. Nonetheless being stuck and lost is mostly a symptom of being unmotivated and uninterested. The planet is creaking under the weight of great instruction material.
I think the biggest problem is the lighting and atmosphere. I don't know what kind of mood you are trying to sell but I guess it would be a great set for something creepy. There is tons of reference you can find on that.
Maybe add some fog, a flickering light, adding a dead body in the corner or adding some green or blue tint with pp. You know, add some "life" in the scene.
thank you ! Thank you very much, for this great criticism, which I will work to amend and make sure to be on the best path, to look around me, and to prepare myself to be ready
