I would work on readability; this goes hand-in-hand with taking more time and care with the projects you make. Some of the noise and wear & tear are sloppy imo. Lighting, as well, and colour balance. You have the basics down, but you need to spend more time to take your models to the next level. I'm also seeing some weirdness going on with your lowpoly showing through on the scabbard, you'll want to work on that
Good references are something you need when creating assets based on real life objects. I dunno about the grenade, but here are some references I took that you can use for medieval weaponry. You're going for a stylized look, but they should still help regardless. Learn about blade geometry; so profile *and* distal taper.
