I know it's wip, but I think it could use some better material separation. The cloth and the metal (maybe even the skin too?) seem to have all the same kind of noise throughout, so the area around his blades all kind of blend together. Same with his boots.

I agree that the dirt is too low res at the moment. I'm still experimenting with the materials. I need to try different colors/values/roughness first. Thanks!
A simple render in blender cycles that shows that the metal and cloth should be darker and to have more contrast. The next step is rigging. And I also need to add a weapon.

A bit of progress with textures after the retopology and UVs
13 x 2k UDIM textures later it is starting to look like something.
Super dirty first iteration on the cloth and armor.
