Learn Blender in 3 weeks?

Can I learn Blender within 3 weeks to make 3D videos? Knowing that I have been making 2D videos before, and I have good knowledge in the field of 2D

I mean as short films for 2-4 minutes or music videos

It would be tough to master it in 3 weeks, but if you put the hours in, you can get so you can model/materials, animation basics.
The good thing is thta there are lots of tutorial resources out there
