Hi! If you want to be employable then you need to be as flexible as possible. The work above isn't attractive enough. Concentrate on learning human anatomy, its too early to include costume and way too early to visualize a character. Daz 3D is a free program you can use as reference. Practice creating figures male and female, paying a lot of attention to anatomic features.
