Hello,
I worked on a crate in Blender (a low poly and a high poly version) and then I imported it in Marmoset for baking and it does not look good.
The low poly and the high poly are positioned in the same location, checked for flipped normals. I saw that on that side of the crate the normals are intersecting (that's the low poly btw). Could that be an issue?
I think I need help just to know what to look for. I have no idea what is causing those artifacts.

Could zip and attach the meshes for people to take a look.
Didn't know what to upload exactly, so I uploaded both the Blender file and the Marmoset one.

Looking at the models, the geometry and UVs will lead to further issues: UVs are not split at hard edges, hinges faces are inverted, manifold geometry in handle, high-polys' shading facetted and probably more - plenty of room for improvement here. Check out the wiki for more info and links to long running threads.
Good Luck!
I appreciate this a lot. Have a good one!
