We are looking for a talented hard surface 3D artist with an inclination for space to contract that can create realistic and cinematic spaceship assets for our indie game. The game is a single player, space exploration, and combat, rouge-like game, that takes inspiration from some aspects of Eve Online. High fidelity space environments are procedurally generated and players can engage and fly an assortment of ships ranging from a few hundred meters in size to several kilometers long. The game's perspective is a third person orbit style camera.
Approximate detail for our ships should be around 6-12k polygons. Further details available in the commission document.

Ideally, we would like to see some rough sketches of your ship concept before moving forward with a contract to approve the overall shape. Please don't spend much time on this, we just want a general idea to start with. If things go well there is a possibility for additional contracts for similar assets.
