(3ds max + Vray), should be able to know how to import a CAD file into a Max.
Ability to work on photo realistic exterior/interior modeling & texturing
Interior rendering & floor plan
Exterior rendering & landscaping
Ability to understand and handle
Ability to understand Architectural CAD Drawings
3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering(3Ds Max/Vray)
Well knowledge in Photoshop
Ability to work effectively both on team projects as well as individual assignments
Need to know Walkthrough .
Flexible to work for extra time, if required.

Key Skills: 3Ds Max, V-ray lighting , Rendering, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other Plugin & special effects tool
