[PAID] 3D Character artist for fantasy RPG ( Zelda/Pixar style ). Character model/Rigging/Animation

Hi,
I am looking for 3d artist to create 3d model of main character for my game Dragon's Wandering Tavern.

I am looking for someone who can bring the main character ( the dragon ) to life. References are Kena Bridge of Spirits, Zelda, Pixar characters. More of a high poly character aimed at consoles, high end pcs.
I will also need the character rigged and animated. Can be done separately by animator, but preferrably done by one person.
Budget is tight of course, but it's paid work. It's not urgent, so this could be a fun side project for an experienced 3d artist.
There is of course possibility to work on many more characters and be in charge of character design for whole game.
