created basecolors for all elements. Working on grunge, dust and dirt next

I think I've almost finished it. 
I wanted to add a few darker dirt spots and maybe grout chunks here and there and I think that's all on my list

Hi, the only thing that looks off to me, although it only shows in the flat example you show, is that the level of wear and damage you show on the tiles, I think more of the polished tile surface would be worn away.

I changed the size of the cracks, gave the rough tiles less wear and a different slope. + shiny dirty stains and grout fragments
