Add-on doesn't work in Blender

Hey,
I've installed Adobe Integration Tools and Substance to Blender plugin, everything seems to work fine - earlier I've gotten an error while installing, but I've found a solution and add-on has started to appear with all the options, cool, except in Shader Editor there's no way to load .sbsar. There's no "Substance Designer" option avalaible in editor menus, I've checked with search, nothing...
Besides re-installing plugin, what else can I do?

EDIT: it's appeared in totally different place - Object Mode, in the upper right corner, under Item and Tools. Now I'm going to check how it works... anyway, it's right there if anyone else will be looking for answer
