3D Generalist - Portfolio feedback

Hi there! I'm a 3D artist and Master student from Germany. I am almost done with my studies and am currently looking for a job in the creative industry as a 3D artist. Unfortunately, until now I only got rejected so I am wondering what I'm doing wrong. Therefore, it would be great if I could get feedback on my portfolio. My ideal position would be in the games industry as a 3D props or environment artist but I'm open for VFX or commercials as well. Maybe you can also tell me which kind of position would fit my skillset best.
