zbrush noise skin

Hi. I have to do a gila monster: any ideas on how to do the skin in zbrush? I guess with noises, but how? A pass/layer should be for the dots: another should be for the thin lines which delimit the dots.

To make it good you need to paint the scale layout by hand. And yes its a ton of work.
In alternative, all by hand.
