[WIP] The merchant | Feedbacks needed

Hello everyone!

I have been working on this character and I feel like I need a fresh pair of eyes before moving on.

Here is my reference, I am following it loosely but I want to achieve a similar type of character. ( Concept Art by Ken Santos).

And now to the result!

I am at a point where I am pretty satisfied with the result but I need someone else's point of view before merging everything, smoothing the muscles, creating asymmetry, and adding skin folds.
